"Donna is a tenacious advocate for downtowns across the country. Thanks to her consultation services, we now have a 5-year plan that will help keep our organization accountable and focused on intentional strategic growth. Her experience in the Main Street network and years of interfacing with multiple communities at different stages of growth provided invaluable wisdom and confidence to guide our Main Street program forward. Donna worked with our organization over a few months to help us identify new board members we needed and helped us with job descriptions for an orientation she hosted. We followed up with a Board training for all of our new Board members, which she facilitated, and did an outstanding job.
Donna provided a 90 minute board training for our business improvement district board of trustees this week. She did a great job and definitely got the conversation going in the right direction. Hopefully this training will resonate the most with all the new board members we have just added.
