Speaking at NJ History and Historic Preservation Conference on June 8 2018
On Friday, June 8, 2018 we will be speaking as a panel member at the NJ History and Historic Preservation Conference in Patterson, NJ, entitled “Building a Place for History. The session at 3:30 PM is “More than the Shore: Fostering Heritage Tourism in NJ.” Representatives from three different NJ counties will highlight their step-by-step processes to capitalize on their history. We will be speaking about our experience with the Camden County History Alliance, https://www.cchsnj.org/history-alliance the development of their Heritage Tourism Plan, and the component parts of Camden County History Day taking place from October 15 to 21.
