On October 23, 2019 we will be speaking with Brian Goekin, Branch Chief, Technical Preservation Services at National Park Service at the annual conference of the International Downtown Association held in Baltimore on Historic Preservation Basics for Downtown Districts. The promotional blurb says “Confused about the historic preservation lingo and preservation tax credits? Don't know the difference between the National Register and a locally designated landmark?
