This September 2019 we provided a board training session for the Ardmore Initiative organization on the Main Line. In 2018 we helped them complete a new Strategic Plan and assisted with their market analysis report. With the turnover in staff and six new board members, it was time for some board training on roles and responsibilities for Board members of this Business Improvement District that uses the Main Street Approach to organize their work.
