North 5 Street Revitalization Project, Philadelphia PA
On June 28, 2015 we faciliated a workshop for the North 5 Street Revitalization Project in the Olney Section of Philadelphia. The purpse of this event was to kick start a six month long effort to develop a Sustainability and Program Development Plan to increase the effectiveness of the commercial corridor organization's work. This SWOT effort included 42 people and 3 merchants. Here is the report we produced.
