Downtown Milford Inc Design Guide complete

We worked with Downtown Milford Inc. for about six months to create this complete design guide to be used fo their Façade Improvement Program. They have grant money for signs, awanings, and painting of historic buildings in their large downtown district, funded by a local bank. The design guide is voluntary for buildings in the downtown, unless they wish to use matching grant program of Downtown Milford Inc. In that case the building improvements must comply with the Deisgn Guide. See a copy of the beautifully designed publication here.
