Seaford Design Guide
We finished our third design guide for the Delaware Main Street program in December this year. Seaford, a beautiful small town in southern Delaware County, has been working on revitalization efforts for several years. They wanted their storefront matching grant program to have design guidelines for better decision-making. Click here to see a copy of the design guide
We worked with a group of six property owners, the Seaford Tomorrow representatives, and city government staff to craft a highly useful document in just over ten weeks.
This year we worked with Laurel, DE, and Milford, DE on Design Guides for their towns. See Laurel Design Guide here, and Milford Design Guide here.
We made presentations on January 7th in Milford and January 8th in Laurel to discuss the new design guides with local property owners.
