Ardmore Strategic Plan 2018-2013 Adopted
Throughout 2017, Heritage Consulting Inc. worked with the Ardmore Initiative (AI) staff to create a new five-year Strategic Plan. We also assisted their Executive Director, Marie Suvansin, who completed a comprehensive Retail Market Analysis and Business Recruitment Plan for the commercial district of Ardmore. These documents were used to identify three new Transformation Strategies for the 250-property business improvement district. There was active participation by the Ardmore Initiative’s Board of Directors, business owners, merchants, elected officials, partner organizations, and volunteers in various research activities including an extensive consumer survey during the year to create this new Strategic Plan.
